ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in October 2018 and currently lead a close-knit team of four. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I built my career in sales and banking, bringing a strong background in customer relationships and financial services into the agency. Outside of work, I’m married with four kids and enjoy fishing, dirt biking, hunting, and spending as much time outdoors as possible.

Being involved in our community is a big priority for me. I serve on the Northeast Community College Business Advisory Board and the Tilden community board. I’m also heavily involved in my kids’ sports and enjoy coaching youth baseball, football, and other activities. Supporting the people and organizations in our local community is an important part of who we are as an agency.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As an Account Manager for Tanner Lancaster - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agent office departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
• Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
• Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
• Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
• Leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
