Whether you’re designing code, solving regulatory puzzles, or developing strategy, you’ll join a team where innovation and integrity drive everything we do — and where your work helps shape the future of finance.What We're Looking ForCross River’s Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team is responsible for the annual budgeting process, as well as managing forecasts, variance analysis, corporate and divisional reporting other financial performance tools. We are seeking a highly motivated associate to join our rapidly growing FP&A team in our Fort Lee office. You will assist with compiling and preparing reports, analyzing divisional cost performance and trends, financial operations and work collaboratively across all financial departments to enable strategic decision-making leveraging Pigment, Power BI, and MS Office Suite.Responsibilities:Responsible for Board and Investor reporting and other ad hoc analysis as requested by the key stakeholdersRevenue Cost control (analysis of cost trends, explanation of variances to budget, and proposing remediation actions)Assist in preparation of annual budget and update quarterly reforecastsAd-hoc support and scenario analysisPrepare and analyze KPI’s by business unitsAssist in the preparation of financial statements in business unit formatAnalyze business unit profitability and performance against targetsClient profitability reportingQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting (CPA and/or CFA is a plus)3+ years of experience in accounting or financial analyst roles (Big 4 experience a plus)Proven ability to work cross-functionally and with senior business leadersExperience with Microsoft Office Suite, highly proficient in Excel and PowerPoint skillsExcellent communication and presentation skills with the proven ability to focus on the detailsExperience and knowledge of financial planningBanking or Fintech experience a plusExperience with Pigment a plus and/or experience with Anaplan, Hyperion and ProloguePublic company experience a plus#LI-AC1 #LI-Hybrid #LI-OnsiteSalary Range: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00Cross River is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
