Job Summary

Upscale Home Care, a leading provider of in-home care services, is seeking a compassionate and experienced In-Home Caregiver to join our team of caregivers in Scottsdale, AZ. As an In-Home Caregiver, you will play a vital role in empowering veterans and seniors to thrive in the comfort of their own homes. Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one care to our clients, assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and medication management

• Support clients with mobility and mobility-related needs, including transferring, ambulating, and providing range-of-motion exercises

• Assist with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and laundry duties

• Engage clients in meaningful activities, such as conversation, reading, and watching movies, to promote socialization and mental stimulation

• Document client care and progress in accordance with company policies and procedures

• Collaborate with our care coordination team to develop and implement personalized care plans

• Provide emotional support and companionship to our clients

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• At least 1 year of experience in the healthcare industry or a related field

• Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition clients as needed

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Compassionate and patient approach when working with clients

• Ability to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
