Plant Manager

Job TitleKey Responsibilities:Oversee daily plant operations to ensure efficient and safe productionDirect production activities to meet goals for output, quality, delivery, and costSupervise department supervisors and employees, including scheduling, performance management, and employee developmentCoordinate foundry operations including molding, core making, melting/pouring, finishing, and machiningEnforce standardized work procedures, quality standards, and safety requirementsMonitor production processes and take initiative to resolve issues and improve efficiencyOperate or oversee equipment including overhead cranes, forklifts, dollies, furnaces, and conveyor systemsQualifications:Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferredFoundry experience preferred; steel industry experience a plusPattern-making knowledge or experience preferredStrong focus on quality and attention to detailExcellent time-management and problem-solving skillsTakes initiative and works well in a fast-paced environmentFriendly, approachable, and hardworkingHigh School Diploma or GED requiredAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and work around heavy industrial equipmentAdditional information:Pay: $27-30 per hourMonday-Friday: 6 AM-3:30 PMRoseville, MichiganAbout Express Employment Professionals:As one of the leading staffing companies in North America, and Michigan, we're ready to help you take the next step in your career.
