Customer Support Analyst

Job Title: Customer Support Analyst (Hybrid) Location: Cary, NC (Hybrid) Employment Type: Temporary (6-Month Assignment with Potential Extension) Industry: Healthcare Technology / Customer Support Compensation: $28-30 Hourly Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM | 40 Hours per Week Description As a Customer Support Analyst, you'll play a critical role in ensuring customers receive accurate and timely service quotations while helping the team achieve same-day turnaround goals. What You'll Do Review incoming service requests and determine quotation requirements Prepare accurate customer quotations using internal systems Respond to customer quote requests primarily through email Answer customer questions and provide clarification on quotations Follow up with customers to obtain purchase orders and approvals Coordinate with internal dispatch and service teams Monitor quotation activity from request through invoicing and collection Maintain accurate documentation and customer records Assist with reporting and variance analysis as training progresses Help identify opportunities to improve processes and customer satisfaction Job Requirements What We're Looking For Required Qualifications Associate degree or equivalent work experience 2-5 years of experience in a customer service, customer relationship, or order management role Experience working in a fast-paced business environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational and time-management abilities Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint) Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Positive attitude with a customer-first mindset Preferred Qualifications Experience using SAP (training provided) Experience preparing customer quotations or estimates Experience supporting service operations Ability to anticipate customer needs and provide proactive solutions Strong analytical thinking and business judgment Experience working collaboratively across multiple departments Additional Information This is not a call center position. The role is primarily email-based , with limited phone interaction. Candidates should be comfortable communicating with both internal teams and external customers. Computer and systems access will be provided. Background check required upon offer of employment.
