Now hiring a residential manager for our new location opening in Norfolk, VA! What You’ll Do Provide day‑to‑day operational support to medical and clinical teams (admissions, transportation, meals, medication, supervision, phones etc.) Engage and build rapport with clients, creating a warm, accepting recovery environment Monitor clients and enforce all Avenues policies to ensure safety of both clients and staff Record and escalate any critical communication/incidents in a timely manner Fulfil all administrative duties (shift documentation, inventory, meetings, office support etc.) Oversee all BHTs on your shift and provide training and support What We’re Looking For High School diploma or GED preferred Valid Driver’s licence and CPR certification preferred If in recovery, a minimum one‑year period of sustained sobriety required Strong interpersonal and multitasking skills Warm, compassionate and empathetic personality Dignified character that models recovery principles Where You’ll Work Avenues Recovery Center at Prince Frederick is a 93‑bed residential facility which offers drug and alcohol detox and inpatient rehabilitation services.
