Job Description:

We are seeking an In-Field Project Manager to oversee roofing projects, perform inspections, and collaborate with homeowners and insurance representatives. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform on-site roof inspections to assess damage and document findings.
• Provide homeowners with information about the repair process and available solutions.
• Meet with insurance adjusters at the homeowner’s request to provide factual information about the damage.
• Maintain detailed records, including photos, reports, and measurements and input into our CRM.
• Work with office staff and crews to ensure smooth project execution.
• Deliver excellent customer service and build strong client relationships.

Qualifications:

• Experience in roofing, construction, or project management preferred (training provided).
• Ability to work outdoors and climb ladders for roof inspections.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-motivated with excellent time management abilities.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Basic proficiency in using smartphones, apps, and CRM software.
