Job Description

We are seeking a Patient Care Aide to join our awesome team!

Responsibilities:

Provide patient care under direction of a Registered Nurse
Assist with activities of daily living in the client's home
Assist with medication reminders
Communicate changes in patient needs to immediate supervisor
Provide companionship and basic care to patients
Maintain a clean and healthy environment

Qualifications:

Previous experience in patient care, or other related fields
Must be able to travel to patient's home in Monroe N.C.
Compassionate and caring demeanor
Ability to work well in teams
