Physical Therapist (PT) - General

Physical Therapist Inpatient Rehabilitation

Schedule: 8-hour day shifts scheduled between 8 AM - 5:30 PM.

Assignment Details:

• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Guaranteed Hours: 72 hours biweekly

Requirements:

• Must have a valid healthcare license
• Current BLS certification
• Minimum 2 years of inpatient physical therapy experience
• Experience in level 1 trauma or high acuity facility
• Familiarity with Epic EMR

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and develop treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
• Implement therapeutic interventions to restore and enhance patient mobility and function.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment strategies as necessary.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate patient care.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and exercises to promote recovery and independence.
