Responsibilities:

• Perform diverse quality-related functions, ensuring efficient execution of operational, equipment, and support tasks.
• Develop and execute Outgoing Corrective Action Plans (OCAP) to proactively address and resolve nonconformities in outgoing products.
• Configure equipment recipes for automatic inspection tools, ensuring precise and accurate product inspection.
• Collaborate effectively with Outgoing Quality Assurance operators, providing essential support for daily activities, including product shipment preparation.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment by strictly following all standards and workplace safety protocols.

Minimum Qualifications/Requirements:

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Technical Skills: Solid foundational skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). General computer literacy with the aptitude to quickly learn and operate specialized inspection tools.
• Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with colleagues and supervisors. Demonstrated positive attitude, meticulous attention to detail, and proven multitasking abilities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to work in a cleanroom environment, which includes wearing full personal protective equipment (coveralls, hoods, boots, safety glasses, and gloves). Flexibility and willingness to work a compressed schedule, including night shifts, overtime, and holidays as required. TSMC Arizona operates 24/7, 365 days a year. This position requires candidate to have ability and willingness to work any shift (day or night) in a compressed work week schedule once training is done. The compressed work week shift structure is Work 4 days on, 3 days off for one week and 3 days on, 4 days off the next week. Shift is 12 hour shifts from 6am to 6pm or 6pm to 6am.
