REGISTERED NURSE

Signature HealthCARE seeks a compassionate Registered Nurse to deliver resident-centered care in our long-term and post-acute facility. The RN will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans while supervising nursing staff and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team. Responsibilities include medication administration, wound care, resident and family education, and accurate documentation.
