Job Title: RN Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Med/Surg Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 18:30 - 07:00 Hours per Shift: 36 Experience: Minimum of 2 years of specialty experience required. License: Active RN License required. Certifications: BLS and ACLS required. Must-Have: - BLS Required - ACLS Required - 2+ years of specialty experience required - 2+ years of hospital experience required Description: The position is available in a Med/Surg unit. Candidates must hold an active RN license. They must have current BLS and ACLS certifications. Applicants should possess 2+ years of Med/Surg experience. Experience with documentation systems is preferred. Responsibilities include managing patient care. RNs are expected to provide specialized nursing care. They should maintain a safe and therapeutic environment. Staff should demonstrate competence in nursing practices. Clinical practice must align with facility policies and standards. RNs will supervise other staff as designated. The role includes initiating IVs and performing dressing changes. Candidates must be competent in all areas of patient experience. Demonstration of patience and effective communication is required. Compliance with dress code policies is essential. Scrubs should be navy blue with required embroidery. Hair should be neat, clean, and free from extreme styles. Visible body piercings other than earlobes are prohibited. Body art should be covered whenever possible. Attendance policies will be strictly enforced. Floating guidelines may apply as needed.
