Seeking an experienced Quality Supervisor to lead quality operations and inspection teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for coordinating shop floor quality activities, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and customer requirements, and driving customer satisfaction through effective leadership and quality excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and develop quality inspectors and team members.
• Coordinate inspection, containment, and assembly activities.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and customer-specific requirements.
• Conduct Layered Process Audits (LPA) and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage non-conforming, reject, and scrap material processes.
• Review and maintain work instructions and quality documentation.
• Serve as a customer liaison for quality-related matters.
• Analyze quality data and prepare operational reports.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; some college preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of team management or supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Minimum 2 years of quality experience in manufacturing .
• Working knowledge of ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and quality tools.
• Experience reading technical drawings and specifications.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC, and LPA experience preferred.

Preferred Background

Quality Supervisor, Quality Lead, QA Lead, QC Lead, Senior Quality Technician, or Lead Inspector experience within manufacturing, automotive, or industrial environments.
