Right at Home Des Moines is seeking dependable, compassionate Home Health Aides to provide companion and personal cares to our clients living in the Runnells area. Compensation and Benefits for a Home Health Aide:

Requirements of a Home Health Aide:

• Valid Driver's License
• Proof of Car Insurance
• Pass Background Check
• Ability to be reliable and dependable
• Desire to care for older adults, keeping them safe and independent in their homes

Responsibilities of a Home Health Aide:

• Provide personal cares- showers, dressing, assisted walking, transfers
• Assist with feeding, medication reminders, meal planning
• Provide delegated nursing tasks
• Follow agency policies, procedures, and protocols
• Provide companionship and engaging activities as appropriate
• Provide transportation as needed

Compensation: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour Right at Home Des Moines
