Entry-Level Appointment Coordinator - No Degree Required (Oakbrook Terrace) | $65,000-$95,000

Most of the morning is spent working through a follow-up list, returning calls to people who requested information and confirming scheduled appointments. Between those calls, you update records and prepare notes so the next conversation picks up where the last one left off.

Core responsibilities:

• Reach out to prospective clients by phone to schedule and confirm appointments
• Maintain accurate contact records and document every interaction
• Follow up with prospects who have outstanding questions or incomplete paperwork
• Coordinate calendars with licensed agents so meetings run on time
• Track daily activity and report results to your team lead
