Partner with Sales executives to drive business plans and go-to-market sales strategy.Build consensus among cross-functional teams and consult decision making within senior-level audiences.Structure and lead operational improvement initiatives through implementation. Identify and resolve issues impacting business growth.Run smooth, efficient sales launch processes leading planning and supporting sales activation programs, headcount planning, objective setting, sales cadence, portfolio management and escalations.Lead a high-performing team to deliver on all strategic and operational priorities.Minimum qualifications:Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.10 years of experience in a management consulting, sales operations, business strategy or corporate advisory role.5 years of experience working with executive stakeholders.Preferred qualifications:Experience leading business strategy development for large multinational organization.Experience in planning, sales, or marketing, including experience in structuring and implementing initiatives alongside sales teams.Ability to translate and articulate business problems into easily understood solutions and functional requirements.Ability to establish relationships, influence, and collaborate at all organizational levels and with various cross-functional technical and business partners.Demonstrated ability to lead and manage large teams, multiple projects with a broad range of senior internal or external stakeholders simultaneously.As Head of Retail Go-To-Market Operations, you are responsible for maintaining sales cadence for the Large Customer Sales (LCS) business and strategic planning for future growth. You will primarily partner with the VP of Retail, Industry Directors, and other members of the Retail Management Group, along with cross-channel and cross-functional partners. You will ensure delivery of the business priorities for the Sector, and define and deliver strategies and programs to improve sales effectiveness and efficiency across the entire business.The Go-to-Market Operations (GtM) team ensures Google's complex and ever-evolving Ads business runs smoothly. We are instrumental in setting go-to-market strategy, and ensuring flawless execution and operations against the strategy. We have teams embedded in each of the major Ads business areas as well as global teams that work across the business areas. Team members are analytical and strategic, with a pragmatic sense of how to get things done.Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
