Senior IT CRM Product Owner, US Oncology

AstraZeneca seeks a Senior CRM Product Owner to lead digital transformation of U.S. Oncology customer engagement. The role involves implementing Salesforce Life Science Cloud, designing omnichannel AI-driven orchestration, modernizing integrations, and mentoring engineering teams to deliver data-driven solutions for healthcare providers.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical implementation and optimization of Salesforce Life Science Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Data Cloud
- Design and drive omnichannel orchestration strategy leveraging AI-driven insights for field representatives
- Modernize integration ecosystem by transitioning to API-first, event-driven architectures from legacy middleware
- Serve as primary technical liaison between global product teams and U.S. Oncology to adapt platforms for regulatory and market requirements
- Lead and mentor engineering squad, establish technical standards, and oversee deliverables from implementation partners
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field
- 7+ years experience in CRM or customer engagement processes
- Expert-level knowledge of closed-loop marketing and omnichannel orchestration
- Proven track record with Veeva CRM or Salesforce Life Science Cloud suite
- Deep expertise in Salesforce Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud
- Mastery of RESTful APIs, event-driven architecture, and asynchronous messaging patterns
- Demonstrated ability to lead agile squads and drive DevSecOps culture
