Technical Business Analyst

- Engage with Business Stakeholder, PO and Technical Team to gather, analyse and document requirement
- Write clear and detailed user stories, acceptance criteria and maintain prioritized product backlog in Jira
- Work closely with Scrum teams to refine and groom User Stories for upcoming Sprints
- Acts bridge between business and technical team, ensuring understanding and alignment
- Participate in Sprint Ceremonies: planning, refinement, standup, review and retrospective
- Support testing team activities by validating acceptance criteria, coordinating with UAT
- Analyse and document current state and future state business processes, workflow and system interaction
- Support PO in roadmap planning, feature prioritization and release
- Ensure traceability from business needs to final solution delivery
- Manage stakeholder expectation
- Experience working in TMF standards
- Experience working in modernization initiatives
- Knowledge of telecom business processes, such as order Management, billing, provisioning etc is added advantage Yochana
