Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
• Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
• Valid state license for SLP practice in educational environments
• Experience providing speech, language, and communication services within school settings
• Strong collaboration and communication skills for working with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Ability to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs
• Motivated, flexible, and compassionate approach

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assess and diagnose speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders in students
• Create and execute individualized treatment plans that support each student’s unique goals
• Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and other professionals to optimize student progress
• Provide direct speech and language therapy services in accordance with IEPs
• Maintain accurate documentation of assessments, therapy sessions, and progress reports
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to support student achievement
• Support a positive and inclusive learning environment
