UI Developer

Location: Memphis, TN (Hybrid Onsite - Local Candidates Highly Preferred) need to go for a onsite visit before interview

Duration: 18+ Months Contract (Long-Term Opportunity with Potential for Permanent Conversion)

HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, React/Angular, Responsive Web Design, UI/UX Implementation, REST APIs, Front-End Component Development, Git, and Cross-Browser Compatibility.

Start Date: ASAP

Job Description:

Client is seeking an experienced UI Developer to design, develop, and maintain modern, responsive web applications. The ideal candidate will have strong front-end development expertise and experience building scalable, user-friendly applications using modern JavaScript frameworks and web technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain responsive and interactive web applications.
Translate UI/UX designs into clean, scalable, and maintainable front-end code.
Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use.
Optimize applications for speed, performance, and scalability.
Integrate front-end applications with REST APIs and backend services.
Troubleshoot browser compatibility, accessibility, and performance issues.
Collaborate with product owners, designers, and backend developers throughout the software development lifecycle.
Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming.
Conduct code reviews and promote front-end development best practices.

Required Skills:

7+ years of UI/Front-End Development experience.
Strong expertise in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and TypeScript.
Experience with React.js and/or Angular.
Responsive Web Design and Cross-Browser Compatibility.
UI/UX implementation and front-end component development.
REST API integration.
Git version control.
Experience developing scalable and high-performance web applications.
Strong understanding of modern front-end architecture and best practices.

Preferred Skills:

Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Knowledge of front-end testing frameworks and debugging tools.
Familiarity with accessibility standards and performance optimization techniques.
