Quality Control Lead

A growing manufacturing and packaging operation in the DFW area is seeking a Bilingual Quality Supervisor to support quality, food safety, and compliance initiatives within a fast-paced production environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys being on the production floor, working directly with operations teams, and is looking for a clear path into management. What You'll Do Conduct daily production floor inspections to ensure GMP, sanitation, and quality standards are being followed Identify and document compliance issues and partner with operations to drive timely resolution Perform routine verification activities and quality checks throughout the facility Support audit readiness efforts and maintain required quality documentation Assist with inventory-related quality concerns and documentation processes Serve as a key quality resource for production employees and leadership Communicate effectively with a primarily Spanish-speaking workforce What We're Looking For Bilingual in English and Spanish (required) Experience in quality, food safety, manufacturing, packaging, food production, or related environments Comfortable spending the majority of the day on the production floor Strong attention to detail and ability to identify compliance or sanitation concerns Experience with GMPs, inspections, documentation, and corrective action follow-up Strong communication and organizational skills Compensation & Schedule Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Defined growth path into a Quality Manager-level position Ongoing training and professional development opportunities #J-18808-Ljbffr Venture Hire Group LLC
