As our Service Manager, you’ll lead a team of skilled service advisors and technicians to ensure our customers receive top-notch care every time they walk through our doors. You’ll be responsible for department performance, customer satisfaction, and employee growth—all while maintaining a focus on profitability and operational excellence.

• Oversee all service department operations, staffing, and performance

• Lead and mentor service personnel to deliver outstanding customer service

• Monitor workflow and ensure timely and accurate service repairs

• Handle customer concerns with professionalism and urgency

• Maintain high Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) ratings

• Create and manage departmental budgets, marketing initiatives, and growth goals

• Stay informed on latest vehicle technologies and service procedures

• 3+ years of experience as a Service Manager or in a senior service role

• Proven leadership and team management skills

• Excellent communication and customer service abilities

• A valid driver’s license and clean driving record

• High school diploma or equivalent 

• A strong desire to grow, lead, and make an impact
