Overview Job Title: Lead Technical Project Manager Location: Hybrid – 3+ days/week onsite required - Weston, FL Type: Full-Time Domain: ERP, Finance Systems, SaaS Tech Stack: D365 Finance, Salesforce, Azure Data Lake, PSA Solutions About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Lead Technical Project Manager to join our Enterprise Technology Delivery Services team. This individual will be responsible for driving the successful delivery of complex, large-scale digital initiatives — with a primary focus on ERP implementation , D365 Finance configuration , and system integrations within a SaaS-based enterprise environment . As a strategic leader, you will orchestrate cross-functional teams, interface with senior stakeholders, and guide high-impact programs that enable innovation, accelerate business value, and improve operational performance. Key Responsibilities Lead Cross-Functional Delivery: Direct and motivate multidisciplinary teams to deliver complex technical programs with clarity, purpose, and measurable business outcomes. ERP/D365 Implementation Oversight: Oversee configuration and integration of Microsoft D365 Finance and related PSA systems, ensuring alignment with business requirements and enterprise architecture. Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with executives and business stakeholders to ensure clear alignment on objectives, timelines, and deliverables. Strategic Planning & Execution: Define project scope, success metrics, and resource plans. Drive execution across multiple time zones and ensure timely, budget-conscious delivery. Agile Project Leadership: Apply Agile methodologies (SAFe, Scrum, LPM, DevOps) to deliver software projects, enhance collaboration, and ensure transparency. Risk & Issue Management: Identify risks early and develop mitigation plans. Resolve critical issues quickly, using technical expertise and sound decision-making. Continuous Improvement: Champion best practices in project governance, process optimization, and team collaboration. Reporting & Communication: Create and maintain project plans, dashboards, and executive-level status reports using tools like Jira, PowerBI, and DevOps. Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field 8–11 years of project management experience delivering enterprise software solutions Proven experience leading ERP implementations, ideally involving D365 Finance Hands-on experience managing PSA solutions and system integrations Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (SAFe, Scrum, LPM, DevOps) Demonstrated success managing projects in hybrid cloud and SaaS-based environments Experience working across functions such as Finance, CRM (Salesforce), and Data (Azure Data Lake) Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence at all organizational levels Proven leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities Ability to work across time zones and adapt to changing business needs Preferred Qualifications Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field PMP, PgMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, or LPM certifications Agile coaching experience Familiarity with enterprise system architecture and large-scale digital transformations Experience with tools such as Jira, DevOps, and Power BI Strong customer-centric mindset with the ability to translate customer needs into actionable project plans Out-of-the-box thinker with a continuous learning mindset and strong problem-solving orientation Why Join Us?
