Senior Associate Attorney

Purpose: The Senior Associate Attorney will work in our firm’s California Foreclosure Trustee Litigation Department, and will primarily manage defensive litigation work related to foreclosure trustees. Specific Duties & Responsibilities: Manage cases from inception to completion Prepare analysis of case and advise client regarding strategies Draft court pleadings, defense of motions Handle discovery Attend court hearings, both telephonic and in person Other duties and special projects as needed Job Requirements: Bachelor's Degree Juris Doctor from accredited law school Five to Ten years of experience in the practice of law, preferably litigation, real estate or mortgage law Admission to practice law in the state of California. Admission to practice law in the state of Utah preferred but not required.
