About the Position

The role involves working 25% in inpatient settings such as acute care, ICU, and SNF, and 75% in outpatient settings. The position requires independence and a comprehensive approach to care, handling a variety of outpatient diagnoses, and managing inpatient mobility progression with an understanding of discharge planning. The therapist will work in various hospital settings including ER, ICU, Med/Surg (Acute, Observation, and SNF), occasionally in OB, and extensively in a hospital-based outpatient PT clinic. A full schedule consists of a mix of inpatients and outpatients every 30-45 minutes, with one-hour sessions for new evaluations, managing approximately 5 to 15 patients per day.

Requirements

• Allied Health License for HI or Compact as applicable
• Applicable recent experience in this work setting
• Minimum Experience varies by setting.
• Commitment to quality care and adherence to client legal and protocols
• Certifications: Hawaii PT license
• Equipment/Procedures: Inpatient, ICU, SNF, outpatient, ER, Med/Surg, OB, PT Clinic
