Job Title: Physical Therapist – Skilled Nursing Facility (Travel) Location: Freehold, New Jersey Job Summary We are seeking a qualified Physical Therapist for a 13‑week, 36‑hour per week travel assignment at a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) in Freehold, New Jersey. Responsibilities Responsible for the overall day‑to‑day operations of Physical Therapy services at the facility. Ensure services are provided in accordance with the other departments and caregivers. Qualifications Active Physical Therapist licensure/​certification in New Jersey. American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. At least 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapist. Prior experience in an SNF preferred. Contract Details Pay: $1,710 – $1,896 per week (based on a 13‑week contract; wages may include taxable wages and tax‑free reimbursements for meals, housing, and incidentals). Shift: 12 hours per day, 36 hours per week (6 days). Employment Type: Travel contract.
