Chad Elder State Farm Insurance is searching for a high energy & self-motivated team member who can recognize opportunities and strategically turn sales leads into long-lasting customer relationships. As a member of our Sales team, your training of insurance products will equip you to communicate effectively with clients, identify their needs, and market products or services that maximize value. You may also assist in developing strategies and establishing quotas for our agency. As an Account Manager for Chad Elder State Farm, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career as you better your community. Responsibilities:
- Provide information about insurance products and services.
- Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Qualifications:
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
- Bilingual Spanish preferred.
Compensation: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
