One of the most important components of what we do is the physical installation of our office systems at our client sites. Our Warehouse Associates are integral to our continued success and company image. Warehouse Associates are on the front lines of our business and to live our values and help our clients achieve their business goals.Essential Functions:Assess incoming product for inventory identification, verification of disposition and catalog of inventoryUtilize warehouse and inventory technologies including barcode scanners and Snaptracker softwareKnowledge of, or ability to learn, disassembly and re-assembly of systems furniturePerform daily cycle countsOperate and handle a variety of warehouse machinery (less than 30% of the time)Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:1-2 years of previous experience in a related field such as inventory, asset management, manufacturing, or moving/storageUse of RF ScannersERP/SAP Software experience is a plusAbility to safely operate and handle warehouse machineryWilling to learn forklift operationsEducation/Experience:High school diploma or equivalent requiredOne or more years of related work experience; installation of commercial office furniture experience preferredPersonal Competencies:Self-Development: Actively seeks new ways to grow and be challenged using both formal and informal development channels.Relationship Management and Teamwork: The ability to leverage interpersonal skills to establish rapport and develop relationships as part of a multifunctional team in a fast-paced, collaborative and deadline driven environment.Time Management: Ability to multi-task to meet goals, good time management skills and ability to take ownership for project deliverables.Communications & Problem Solving: Ability to remain optimistic and enthusiastic while creatively solving problems. Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 15 pounds.Working Environment: Generally, works in an office environment with moderate noise. Nature of work may require time spent out of the office at client location or other One Workplace offices. Reliable access to transportation required.
