Field Operations Manager Compensation
- Experience-based salary of $80,000 - $85,000/year
- Medical

ARE YOU THE FIELD OPERATIONS MANAGER WE NEED?
This management position works Monday through Friday with some weekends or evenings as needed to meet project deadlines. You'll split your time between the office and project sites, diligently overseeing technicians' work and collaborating with other professionals to help every project go off without a hitch! A bachelor's degree in a field like construction management or industrial engineering would be beneficial.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of production or operations management experience, preferably within the construction or restoration industries
- Proven track record of managing teams and delivering projects on time/within budget
- Working knowledge of production processes, scheduling, and resource management
- Proficiency with project management software and tools
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Strategic problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
As our Field Operations Manager, you'll coordinate with project managers, procurement teams, sales representatives, subcontractors, and more to keep projects on time, within budget, and up to our high standards. You'll supervise production technicians to ensure they adhere to all safety protocols, quality standards, and performance targets, stepping in as needed to foster their growth and keep projects on track. This management role includes:
- Managing your team's daily activities, setting performance targets, and training your team to help them meet their goals, improve their skills, and keep projects on time/within budget
- Strategically allocating project materials, labor, and resources
- Conducting regular performance evaluations and safety audits to ensure technicians are meeting productivity expectations while following all company procedures
- Collaborating with the quality control manager to inspect project sites, review work quality, and implement corrective actions as needed
- Finding ways to increase productivity, efficiency, and quality while minimizing waste and streamlining daily workflows
- Ensuring team members follow all safety protocols and quickly stepping in to address and resolve job site hazards
- Maintaining smooth communication between internal departments and making sure everyone's on the same page
- Fostering positive relationships with clients, providing job updates, and building trust in yourself and our services
- Notifying management about any challenges
- Accurately documenting production performance, project progress, resource utilization, hours worked, project costs, etc., and using this information to support data-driven decision-making
