As the General Manager, some responsibilities will include: Leading daily restaurant operations to ensure exceptional food quality, service, and cleanliness Developing, coaching, and motivating restaurant managers and team members Managing labor, food cost, and operational expenses to drive restaurant profitability Ensuring consistent execution of Huey Magoo’s brand standards and training programs Monitoring guest satisfaction and resolving guest concerns quickly and professionally Supporting local marketing initiatives and community engagement Ensuring compliance with food safety standards, health regulations, and company policies What We're Looking For: 3 – 5 years of restaurant management experience Proven leadership and team development experience Experience managing restaurant financial performance including labor and food cost Strong communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays Passion for hospitality and delivering an exceptional guest experience What In It For You?
