Assistant Store Manager – Woodbury Commons Outlet (on-site) Psycho Bunny, a premium, vibrant clothing brand with over 200 points of sale worldwide, invites an Assistant Store Manager to join its team in Woodbury Commons Outlet. The role focuses on driving sales growth, fostering a high‑performance culture, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. The Opportunity Reporting to the Store Manager, you will strategically manage and promote a sales culture that meets or exceeds sales, KPI, and profitability objectives. Your leadership will ensure a consistently high customer experience aligned with Psycho Bunny’s core values and service standards. Your Daily Adventures Support the Store Manager in daily operations to meet key performance indicators and profit‑loss expectations. Assist with recruitment, training, development, and succession planning for high‑performing team members. Communicate and demonstrate brand values, attitude, and culture. Implement programs, policies, seasonal initiatives, and store‑specific needs under the Store Manager’s guidance. Develop clear action plans to achieve store objectives, deliverables, and timelines. Execute retail standards training across business, operations, and sales/customer service areas. Coach employees to deliver a great guest experience, including product education, transaction support, and omnichannel programs. Support recruiting, onboarding, and performance management activities. Engage in career discussions to reinforce team growth and personal development. Respond dynamically to business, team, and guest needs on the floor. Resolve guest feedback, escalations, and emergency requests to “make it right” for guests. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and Covid‑19 standards for a safe work environment. Establish supportive relationships focused on personal and professional development. Your Toolkit 3+ years of experience in a similar retail management role.
