Shift: 3X12HR Nights. OK RN, AHA BLS 

This is a med/surg unit. Will not accept OR candidates. Stepdown/PCU experience is requiredMust have acute care surgical floor experience. ENT and/or Transplant Experience Preferred Nurses for this unit need Med Surg experience as this floor has inpatients pre or post-surgical services-mostly surgical experience is needed. 4E 61000 candidates will care for patients post operatively and need to have experiences taking care of patients with new drains, wounds, trachs, ostomies, NGT or DHT. Some of these patients will be Step down care as well. Ratios are 5 or 5:1 for surgical patients and 3:1 for SD area.

Qualifications : 
-Minimum of 2 years of recent experience as a Med Surg RN is preferred, but we are open to exceptional candidates with a strong passion. 
-Valid certification and/or licensure in the state of practice, if applicable. 
-Demonstrated ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and composure, especially during stressful and fast-paced moments in the healthcare setting. 
-Valid Driver’s License and the ability to travel between assignment locations. 
-Ability to pass a background check and drug screen to meet healthcare industry standards.
