Fleet Solutions Company specializing in truck, trailer, and bus repair, hiring experienced Diesel/ Trailer Mechanics to join our full-service shop.

Pay & Schedule Pay: $25.00 - $35.00/hour (based on experience)
Pay Frequency: Weekly pay - every Friday
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm or 3pm-11pm

- Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on medium to heavy duty fleet vehicles
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues
- Conduct DOT inspections to ensure vehicles meet safety and compliance standards
- Accurately document repairs and complete work orders
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including your tools and equipment
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
- Collaborate with supervisors and team members to support fleet operations
- 2+ years' of hands-on experience performing diesel mechanic experience
- 2+ years' Trailer repair preferred
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to own and maintain the personal tools and toolbox required for the role
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Willingness and ability to meet the physical demands of the position (detailed below)
- Must be eligible to pass standard pre-employment screenings, including drug screen and DOT physical (if required)
