ROLE DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a Registered Representative to help build and grow the financial services side of our established insurance agencies.

This is a unique opportunity for a licensed financial professional who wants to build a substantial practice without relying solely on personal networking and cold prospecting to generate new relationships. Our agencies collectively serve approximately 10,000 existing households , creating a significant opportunity to develop investment, retirement planning, and other financial services relationships with customers who already know and do business with us.

You will work alongside established State Farm agents to identify opportunities, conduct financial needs-based conversations, develop new financial services relationships, and provide ongoing support to customers.

We're looking for someone who combines financial knowledge with a strong consultative sales mindset—someone who wants to take an established customer base, available resources, and agency support and turn those opportunities into a growing financial services practice.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop financial services opportunities within a substantial existing customer base
• Conduct needs-based conversations to understand customers' financial goals, priorities, and retirement objectives
• Educate customers about appropriate investment and financial products and services
• Identify opportunities related to investments, retirement planning, education savings, and other long-term financial goals
• Conduct ongoing customer reviews and identify opportunities to strengthen existing financial plans
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through consistent follow-up and service
• Develop new relationships and grow the financial services practice beyond the agencies' existing customer base
• Conduct customer presentations and educational conversations on relevant financial topics
• Maintain accurate documentation and customer records
• Stay current on financial products, market developments, and applicable regulatory requirements
• Follow all applicable securities regulations, compliance requirements, and professional standards

QUALIFICATIONS

• Active Series 6 or Series 7 registration and applicable licenses/registrations
• Experience in financial services, investments, retirement planning, or a related field preferred
• Strong understanding of investment products and financial markets
• Consultative sales mindset with the ability to identify and develop opportunities
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to establish trust and develop long-term customer relationships
• Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and comfortable working toward production goals
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Commitment to regulatory compliance and professional standards
• High standards of ethics and professionalism

We have the customer relationships, infrastructure, resources, and willingness to invest in growing this part of our businesses. We're looking for the right financial professional to take those resources and build something substantial.

In addition to opportunities within our existing customer base, we are willing to invest in lead generation and other growth initiatives to help expand the practice beyond our current customers.
