Job Description

Manages and coordinates patient care/wound management in consults and recommendations, accordance with established standards, defined timelines and overall plan of care, documentation and billing, discharge for supplies, identification, assessment, prevention and continuing education, interdisciplinary collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate patient care/wound management.
• Perform consults and provide recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with established standards and timelines.
• Document and handle billing processes.
• Identify, assess, and prevent wound-related issues.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
• Provide phone support for photo documentation.

Requirements

• BLS and CWON certification.
• WA RN license.
• CWON certification required.
• No previous travel experience required.
