As Front Office Manager, you'll lead and support the front desk team, ensuring smooth daily operations and exceptional guest experiences. This role includes overseeing reservations, guest services, reporting, budgeting, and coordinating front desk activities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support all front desk operations and staff
• Anticipate and resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally
• Maximize occupancy and room revenue through effective oversight

Qualifications

• Associate degree or 5+ years of related experience
• Strong customer service and leadership skills
• Solid computer and math abilities (basic geometry and algebra)
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Prior hotel experience preferred
