From coaching team members to ensuring compliance and stepping in wherever needed, you'll set the standard for professionalism, customer service, and operational excellence.On a typical day, you might:Direct and oversee sales floor operations from opening through closingTrain and mentor new employees on service standards, policies, and proceduresCreate and manage daily lunch and break schedules to keep coverage consistentDelegate tasks, support staff, and keep the sales floor organized and productiveMonitor performance, provide feedback, and support coaching or disciplinary actionsAddress customer and employee concerns quickly and fairlyEnsure compliance with all company policies and industry regulationsStep into any sales floor role to maintain service levels when neededWhat We're Looking ForWe're seeking a strong communicator and natural leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can balance team management with hands-on support.
