Finance & Deal Structuring Assist customers in securing financing options that meet their needs and budget Present finance, warranty, and protection products to enhance the ownership experience Structure deals to maximize profitability while maintaining customer satisfaction Submit deals to lenders for approval and make sound credit decisions Negotiate financing terms and secure approvals through lender relationships Accurately desk and close deals in accordance with dealership processes Compliance & Documentation Ensure all deals comply with federal, state, and local regulations Maintain proficiency in dealership finance procedures and compliance standards Prepare contracts, disclosures, and delivery paperwork accurately Ensure proper completion of title and registration documentation Maintain required certifications and ongoing training Funding & Process Improvement Guarantee timely funding of all contracts and monitor outstanding funding issues Audit deals post‑sale to ensure accuracy and identify opportunities for improvementWork closely with sales, accounting, and lender partners to resolve funding concerns Analyze performance metrics and implement best practices to improve profitability and efficiency Customer Experience Deliver a professional, transparent, and customer‑focused finance experience Build trust with customers through product knowledge and effective communication Educate customers on financing options and protection products Help create an exceptional dealership experience from purchase through delivery What You Bring Strong knowledge of automotive finance and insurance procedures Proven ability to structure deals for maximum profitability Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities Excellent verbal and written communication skills Professional appearance and customer‑first mindset High level of integrity and attention to detail Desire for continuous learning and improvement Requirements Previous automotive F&I experience preferred College degree preferred or equivalent experience Knowledge of title laws and vehicle registration processes Experience working with lenders and securing approvals Ability to maintain compliance with all applicable regulations Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record Why Krause Auto Group?
