Pharmacy ManagerWork Mode: 100% Remote in USADuration: 6 months, possible extension and/or conversionShift: 10am – 6:30pm EST, OT possibleResponsibilities:Develop clinical criteria for medications, recommend plan design changes, and clinical programs to be initiatedMonitor prior authorization requestsProvide clinical support to internal departments and address clinical-related questionsEnsure appropriate quality controls and initiate opportunities for performance improvement in pharmacy/practiceDevelop and implement programs designed to impact DUR for both Medicaid and MedicareDevelop, implement, and maintain policies and procedures for the pharmacy departmentParticipate in the coordination of the Medicare MTM programAssist case management team with members including clinical rounds presentationsRequirements:Education/Certification: Required: Bachelors / PharmDLicensure: Required: Current state's pharmacist licenseYears of experience required: Minimum 1 year of experiencePreferred Skills:Flexibility to work a weekend rotationTop 3 must-have hard skills stack-ranked by importance: Clinical decision makingAbility to learn new skills quicklyAdaptability
