Electronic Assembler $18/hr | First Shift (MonFri)

Location: Taylor, TX

Pay: $18.00 / hour

Schedule: Monday Friday, 7:00 AM 3:30 PM

Job Type: Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire

• Steady 1st Shift Hours: Predictable 7:00 AM 3:30 PM schedule with your evenings and weekends free

• Clear Path to Permanent Hire: Proven opportunity to transition directly onto the client's payroll

• Assembling precision electronic components and circuit boards using hand tools and small power tools

• Reading and following detailed schematics, assembly drawings, and work instructions

• Conducting quality checks and inspecting finished assemblies to catch defects early

• Performing basic testing to ensure all electronic devices meet performance standards

• Maintaining neat production logs and keeping your workspace clean and organized

• Working collaboratively with your supervisors and team to hit daily production goals

• High School Diploma or equivalent (Legal authorization to work in the U.S. required)

• Previous experience in electronic assembly or manufacturing is preferred (though strong hands-on aptitude is a major plus!)

• Excellent hand-eye coordination, fine motor skills, and comfort working with small parts

• Ability to read assembly diagrams or a strong willingness to learn technical instructions

• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods and comfortably lift up to 30 lbs
