Assistant Store Manager - Stuart

Work Location: Stuart, Florida, United States. Hours: 40. Pay: $29.75 - $44.50 USD. Job Summary The Assistant Store Manager leads day‑to‑day service, sales, and operations in a TD Store, focusing on team leadership and delivering a personalized, connected customer experience. Responsibilities Lead a team of advice and service colleagues to meet performance goals and deliver legendary customer service. Provide daily team leadership, coaching, and oversight for personalized and complex service and advice activities. Manage the most complex or diverse sales advice activities, including multi‑step processes involving several systems and partners. Drive and reinforce advice behaviors, ensuring proactive product recommendations based on customer needs. Handle critical and high‑risk issues and determine appropriate resolution actions. Drive advice activity by coaching and developing the team, and establishing clear work direction and ownership. Deliver end‑to‑end financial advice, providing information, tools, and real‑time insights to help customers achieve goals. Identify and pursue advice opportunities and referrals to support business growth. Participate in community events, promote the TD brand, and manage customer lead activities including self‑generated leads, partner referrals, and campaign leads. Maintain optimal colleague scheduling and act as escalation point for customer problem resolution. Ensure store operations comply with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, including teller and platform operations, vault management, and audit readiness. Support operational excellence initiatives and process improvements. Lead recruitment, performance management, and continuous team development. Qualifications Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience. At least 2years of customer service or sales experience; supervisory or leadership experience preferred. Demonstrated ability to provide legendary customer service. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Sales and operational management skills; ability to manage competing priorities. Knowledge of banking products and services preferred; previous consumer and residential lending experience a plus. Proficiency with Microsoft Office. Proficiency in expense management. Notary license (preferred) and active NMLS registration required for loan originator duties. Compliance & Regulatory Position qualifies as a Loan Originator under RegulationZ and the SAFE Act; NMLS registration is required.
