Physical Therapist Opportunity

We are seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to join a collaborative healthcare team in Sierra Vista, Arizona. This is an excellent opportunity for a PT looking for a rewarding long-term position where they can provide personalized, patient-centered care and help individuals improve mobility, strength, independence, and overall quality of life.

Compensation: $76,000 - $95,000

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans.
• Provide therapeutic exercises, mobility training, manual therapy, and other appropriate interventions.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
• Educate patients and families on home exercise programs, injury prevention, and ongoing care.
• Document evaluations, treatment plans, progress, and outcomes accurately and timely.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
• Promote patient independence, functional mobility, and improved quality of life.
• Maintain compliance with professional standards and applicable regulations.

Requirements

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent PT degree
• Current Arizona Physical Therapist license
• Current CPR/BLS certification
