Remote Vendor Operations Specialist

Talentoma

Talentoma is seeking a Vendor Services Assistant to help keep vendor requests moving in a fully remote, full-time capacity. You will support purchasing records, supplier communications, and internal teams, organizing quote details and maintaining dependable information across vendor files and procurement tools.

Responsibilities include triaging questions about quotes and order status, reconciling supplier confirmations, and escalating issues with clear context.
