Service Greeter

Service Greeter possess excellent customer service and communication skills, a positive attitude and a professional appearance and demeanor. Valets safely, courteously, and efficiently handle the service drive; Our Service Greeters are service oriented, customer centered and focused on safety.

Essential Duties

• Greet customers on Service Drive; assist with getting in and out of vehicle
• Ensure guest loyalty by providing excellent guest service and responding immediately to guest concerns
• Introducing customers to their Service Advisors
• Park and retrieve vehicles with a sense of urgency
• Help customers with minor task on service drive
• Assisting customers with complimentary carwash; making sure that customer receives receipt, walk around is performed on vehicle before being taken to carwash.
• Focus on safety
• Maintains a professional appearance.
• Keeps work area clean.

High school education up to the 11th grade.

Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one situations to other employees of the organization.

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.

Valid Driver's License

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk and hear. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to moving mechanical parts. The employee is occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals, outside weather conditions, risk of electrical shock, and vibration. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.
