Salary Range: $39,000 - $59,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are collaborating with multiple companies in Coopersville seeking experienced Customer Service Representatives. Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries regarding product specifications, order status, and delivery schedules.
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints related to product quality, shipping errors, or service issues.
• Collaborate with production, quality control, and logistics teams to address customer concerns and expedite resolutions.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback within the CRM system.
• Provide product information and technical assistance to customers, guiding them through selection and application.
• Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance the overall customer experience in a manufacturing environment.

Recommended Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
• 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting
• Proven ability to understand and communicate technical product information
• Strong problem-solving skills with an ability to de-escalate customer issues
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with MRP/ERP systems
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles
• Ability to read and interpret basic technical documents (e.g., product schematics, BOMs)
• Forklift certification (for specific roles involving material handling)
• Bilingual in Spanish or another common language in manufacturing environments
