Customer Service Representative

Position Summary

The Customer Service Representative serves as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries while supporting the company’s community engagement efforts and providing administrative support to the Marketing and Purchasing departments. This entry-level position plays an important role in delivering exceptional customer service, coordinating donation and sponsorship programs, and assisting with day-to-day departmental operations.

Essential Responsibilities

Customer Service

· Respond to customer phone calls, emails, and inquiries.

· Resolve customer concerns and coordinate with internal departments as needed.

· Document customer interactions and identify recurring trends.

· Deliver professional, timely, and friendly customer service.

Community Marketing

· Manage donation and sponsorship requests from community organizations.

· Coordinate approvals, communications, and fulfillment of community support initiatives.

· Maintain records, budgets, and reporting for donations and sponsorships.

· Assist with community events and local marketing initiatives.

Marketing & Purchasing Support

· Provide administrative support to the Marketing and Purchasing departments.

· Prepare reports, presentations, spreadsheets, and other business documents.

· Maintain department files, calendars, and project trackers.

· Coordinate communication with vendors, stores, and internal teams.

· Assist with invoices, purchase orders, department projects, and other administrative tasks as assigned.

Requirements

Qualifications

· High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.

· Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).

· Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively.

· Previous customer service or administrative experience is preferred but not required.

Salary $41,000 - $45,000 annually
