Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This full-time, contract opportunity offers a Monday through Friday schedule, from 9:00am to 4:40pm, throughout the academic year. You'll work onsite near the Grain Valley, MO area, collaborating with school teams and providing essential speech and language services to a diverse caseload. The specific school assignment and caseload will be determined based on your experience and preferences, ensuring a tailored fit for your skillset.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Active SLP license required
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) preferred
• Previous experience providing services in a school environment is highly valued
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Flexibility to work with different age groups and learning needs
• Ability to adapt therapeutic strategies to engage and support each student

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech and language therapy to students onsite in accordance with IEP goals
• Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine students’ needs and track progress
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to develop effective support plans
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation as required by school and state guidelines
• Engage in team meetings and participate in professional development as needed
