Primary Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant 

At OnePeak Medical, we blend evidence-based primary care with Functional Medicine to focus on root causes, not rushed visits. With 21 clinics across Oregon and continued growth, we’re looking for Primary Care Providers who want meaningful patient relationships, strong clinical support, and real work-life balance. We are currently reviewing applications for our upcoming opportunities in Idaho, including: Nampa, Caldwell, and Twin Falls.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Active Idaho license as a Nurse Practitioner (FNP, AGNP, or AGNP-PC), PA-C, MD, or DO (or eligibility to obtain)
• Board certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or relevant specialty
• Strong interest in preventive, functional, and lifestyle medicine
• Excellent communication and patient relationship skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Proficient with electronic health records (NextGen experience a plus)
