Make a difference this school year by supporting young learners as a Speech-Language Pathologist in a welcoming elementary school environment. This full-time, contract role is perfect for individuals with a strong desire to help children develop critical communication skills and work as part of a collaborative school team.

This position offers a consistent weekday schedule, Monday through Friday, from 6:45 am to 2:15 pm, with a focus on serving an elementary caseload. You'll work alongside teachers, parents, and other specialists to create and deliver individualized treatment plans, monitor student progress, and foster a supportive and inclusive learning atmosphere.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Eligibility for a Florida SLP license (CFY and CCC candidates encouraged to apply)
• Experience or strong interest in school-based or pediatric settings
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills
• Dedication to making a positive impact on students’ everyday lives

Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations, develop and implement IEP goals, and provide direct therapy to students
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure student success
• Maintain accurate records and progress notes
• Consult with educators and families on strategies to support student needs in the classroom
