We’re seeking a dedicated occupational therapist for a full-time, in-person opportunity serving schools in the Mason, MI area. As a key member of the educational team, you'll collaborate with educators and families to help students reach their fullest potential in daily activities.

Key Qualifications:

• Valid Occupational Therapist license in Michigan
• Previous school-based OT experience is highly desired
• Strong understanding of pediatric therapy practices and individualized education program (IEP) processes
• Excellent communication skills for working collaboratively with students, parents, teachers, and fellow professionals
• Ability to develop and implement effective treatment plans tailored to students’ unique needs

Responsibilities:

• Provide therapeutic interventions to help students improve fine motor, sensory processing, self-regulation, and functional skills within the school environment
• Conduct assessments and contribute to IEP meetings with clear, insightful recommendations
• Collaborate with staff and families to ensure continuity of care and share progress updates
• Document therapy sessions, maintain compliance with federal and state regulations, and participate in professional development opportunities
• Adapt therapy techniques to offer engaging, accessible support in both individual and group sessions
